Sometimes the path to becoming a therapist isn’t a straight line. Mine certainly wasn’t.

After years of traveling and studying, I developed what I can only describe as a deep personal understanding of what it means to navigate life’s complexities. Those experiences led me to realize that working in mental health wasn’t just a career choice – it was where I belonged.

Since earning my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University, I’ve worked across a wide range of settings that have shaped how I approach therapy today. From providing behavioral health services in inpatient psychiatry to working in NYC public schools, and offering ABA behavior therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, I’ve learned that every person’s needs are different and every story matters.

My approach is psychodynamic but I pull from whatever works best for you – cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and solutions-focused therapy. What matters most to me is that our work together is truly client-centered, meaning you set the direction and I bring the clinical tools to support your journey.

I’m committed to creating a space that’s empathetic and completely free of judgment. Whether we’re working on improving your current functioning, helping you achieve specific goals or processing past trauma, we’re in this together as a team.
