I will bring compassion, curiosity, and creativity by utilizing a strengths-based approach. My training is primarily in Gestalt Therapy, a practice that cultivates awareness of the here and now on a journey toward authentic growth, wholeness, and aliveness. My aim is to facilitate an engaging, insightful, and practical process that helps individuals live happier and more fulfilling lives.
