Terrell Adepoju is dedicated to creating a therapeutic space where clients can safely explore their vulnerabilities, fears, joys, and pain without judgment.
Her treatment philosophy centers around empathy and authenticity and she strives to offer a trauma-informed, inclusive approach that honors each client’s unique experience.
With extensive experience working with clients dealing with relational trauma, depression, and anxiety, Terrell welcomes all emotions, fears, and vulnerabilities into each session. She prioritizes being empathetic, building a sense of community, and gently guiding clients in discovering their abilities.
Terrell’s goal as a therapist is to be a supportive clinical partner, helping clients uncover and harness their strengths to navigate life’s challenges. To achieve this, she tailors her approach to each individual and employs several therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic treatment.
Outside of work, Terrell is passionate about community service and spending time with family and friends. She strongly believes in celebrating all wins, big and small, and practicing self-kindness.
Terrell Adepoju works with clients who are 21 years or older and is currently accepting new clients.
