I am a graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work.
I work with young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, relationship difficulties, stress, grief, spirituality, and self-esteem.
I speak Albanian and have experience working with first generation individuals and immigrants in exploring bicultural identity, assimilation, and the effects on mental health.
My approach to therapy is primarily humanistic, psychodynamic, client-centered, and sensitive to your needs and goals in therapy. We will use introspection to identify patterns in your life and make connections between your past and present.
We will ultimately create a therapeutic space for you to uncover parts of yourself to foster growth and experience new ways of being.
